This is a unique American Cheese. Pronounced "AGGI" ano, the recipe is courtesy of the Utah State University Aggies. A dry yet creamy cheese that’s tangy with a pineapple note (but not overpowering) and flakes off the wedge leaving a butterscotch aftertaste.
