Our SeaHive is hand rubbed with Beehive wildflower honey and local Redmond RealSalt. The honey is harvested from a local farm where the bee’s visit wildflowers and fruit orchards. The salt is from an ancient sea bed near Redmond, Utah and contains unique flecks of color that are the result of more than 50 natural trace minerals. This cheese is shaping up to be one of our best experiments yet and is a true expression of our local flavors. Beehive Wildflower Honey (8 oz bottle). This honey is collected from a single location nearby in Willard, UT. This area is famous as Utah’s Fruit Highway. This thick honey is rich and dark as the bees forage on nearby wildflowers and fruit trees. Yes, this is the same honey that we hand rub on our SeaHive cheese. Beehive RUSKS (4 oz box). From the Land of Salt and Honey. Beehive RUSKS are loaded with whole grains, seeds, nuts, herbs and Utah’s Own wildflower honey, REAL® sea salt and dried cherries. Our RUSKS were inspired by an original work of art “ HIVE” by local artist Meri De Caria featured in our logo. We liked the “Hive” so much that we decided to bake our RUSKS in it's shape. We think you’ll agree that triangular shaped Beehive RUSKS are the perfect pairing with award winning Beehive Cheeses.
