Loaf of melty bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 12 oz Teahive Shredded
  • 1 whole loaf of Artisan Bread (we used a sourdough)
  • 1 stick of salted butter melted
  • 1 tsp. chopped garlic
  • 1 Tbs. fresh zest of grapefruit (perfect to bring out the citrus notes in the Teahive)
  • 1 Tbs chopped fresh parsley

Recipe:

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Slice the loaf of bread diagonally half way through the loaf to create medium size cubes. Stretch the  loaf of bread to separate the cubes.
  3. Place the bread loaf on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil.
  4. In between the cubes of the bread sprinkle cheese and make sure to get in all the spaces of the cubes of the bread. This will ensure you have melted cheese throughout.
  5. Once you have that step done. Add the garlic, grapefruit zest and the parsley to the melted butter. Stir well and spoon the butter mixture all over the bread.
  6. Place in oven and bake 15-20 min until cheese is all melted and bread is lightly toasted. Serve immediately.
