Tortilla chips on a plate with a cheesy bean dip

Ingredients :

  • 1 12 oz Seahive shredded and save 2 cups for recipe 
  • 1 can black beans (rinsed and drained)
  • 1 cup frozen corn that has been defrosted and lightly cooked 
  • 1/4 cup chopped  red onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh tomato 
  • 2 Tbs.chopped fresh cilantro 
  • 1 Tbs. chopped pickled jalapeño or more to taste 
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder 
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder 
  • 1/2 tsp Chile powder 
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper 
  • juice of 1 lime 

 

Recipe :

In a medium size mixing bowl combine all the above ingredients and mix thoroughly until well combined. Let it chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving to let the flavors marry. Enjoy with your favorite tortilla chips!!
