Apple Walnut Smoked Burger

This is less of a recipe and more of a serving suggestion. There are a thousand burger patty recipes floating around the internet. Here’s one from Bon Appetit if you need one.

For a smoky, sweet, oniony burger we suggest a thick cut of Apple Walnut Smoked cheese melted over a juicy burger on a toasted brioche bun. Lettuce and tomato are optional.
